Our Story

My name is Pilar, founder and designer of Adorn Pili.

After graduating from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, I moved to New York to pursue a career in fashion design. Working within established fashion houses shaped the way I think about proportion, construction, material, and the small details that give a piece its character.

I founded Adorn Pili in 2022 with a desire to create pearl jewelry that felt more expressive, pieces that celebrated the individuality of the pearl rather than trying to make every one look the same.

Today, each Adorn Pili piece is handcrafted in our New Jersey studio using natural freshwater pearls and materials including 14k solid gold, 14k gold-filled, and sterling silver.

We are especially drawn to baroque, keshi, and organically shaped pearls for their movement, texture, and natural imperfections. Each pearl is individually selected to complement the design around it, allowing its shape and character to become part of the finished piece.

Our collections range from signature pearl designs to limited and one-of-a-kind pieces crafted in solid 14k gold. Across each collection, the approach remains the same: thoughtful design, distinctive materials, and jewelry made to feel personal.

Adorn Pili is ultimately about individuality. Our jewelry is designed to complement the person wearing it, never define them.
