Refund policy

General Domestic Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days (general) and 7 days (fine jewelry). Fees apply based on item value

    • Under $300 — Complimentary

    • $300 to $1,000 — $20 

    • $1,000 to $2500 — $40

    • Above $2500 - 5% fee

  • For orders with more than 4 pieces, up to 4 may be returned for refund. Additional returns will be issued as store credit.


Fine Jewelry Returns

  • Our fine jewelry pieces are crafted in very limited runs, often one-of-a-kind.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Fees apply based on item value:

    • Under $1,000 — $40
    • $1,000 to $1,500 — $75
    • Above $1,500 — 5% fee

  • For orders with more than 1 fine jewelry piece, 1 item may be returned for refund. Additional returns will be issued as store credit.

Other Return Information:

    • Returns must be scanned at a USPS counter within 7 days of label issuance.
    • Orders containing fine jewelry are subject to the Fine Jewelry return policy.
    • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection.
    • Custom, sample, and altered items are final sale.
    • Items sold as sets must be returned together.
    • Express and Priority shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Undeliverable or returned-to-sender orders incur a $20 handling fee.
    • We reserve the right to limit excessive returns or issue store credit for multiple orders placed within a short period.

    International Orders:

    • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders
    • Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are not responsible for any lost packages once delivery tracking has confirmed delivery

    Damages and issues

    • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect. Please retain all packaging materials while we review the issue. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement where appropriate.
