One-Year Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Adorn Pili piece. Our one-year warranty covers manufacturing and craftsmanship issues so that you can wear your jewelry with confidence.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers defects related to the craftsmanship or construction of your jewelry, including:

• Manufacturing defects present under normal wear

• Structural issues with clasps, chains, posts, settings, or other components

• Breakage caused by a fault in the original construction of the piece

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal signs of wear, including scratches, surface changes, metal tarnishing, or natural changes to pearls over time

• Damage caused by improper care, impact, excessive force, or exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or other substances

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Damage resulting from repairs, alterations, or modifications performed by a third party

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your jewelry has a craftsmanship issue covered by our warranty, please contact us at support@adornpili.com with your order information and clear photographs of the piece.

Once reviewed, an approved warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the original design or materials are no longer available, we may offer an appropriate alternative or store credit.

If your piece falls outside of the warranty period or the issue is not covered, we may still be able to help. Where possible, our studio can assess the piece and provide a repair quote.
