Order Processing

Each Adorn Pili piece is handcrafted to order in our New Jersey studio.
Please allow 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) for us to make your piece before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak or holiday periods, processing and shipping times may be extended. 

Domestic Shipping

Orders under $200 may choose from:

  • USPS First Class (4–7 business days) — $5
  • USPS Priority (3–5 business days) — $10
  • UPS 2-Day Express (2 business days) — $25

Orders of $200 or more ship free via USPS Priority,  or UPS 2-Day Express if selected.

Orders above $250 require signature upon delivery.

Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder for confirmation and tracking emails.

Orders returned to sender will be refunded as per our return policy plus an additional $20 handling fee.

Can I cancel or edit my order after it’s been placed?

To request an edit or cancellation, email support@adornpili.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though we may not be able to adjust orders already in production.

I think my package is lost. What should I do?

If you’re unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@adornpili.com with your order number and we’ll gladly review the shipment details with you.

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered,” we recommend first checking with:
• Members of your household
• Neighbors
• Building management or concierge (if applicable)
• Your local carrier facility

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. For this reason, any delivery concerns must be reported within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can properly assist.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

Please inspect your package at delivery. If the outer box shows signs of damage, tampering, opened seals, or resealing, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video documentation of the packaging (outer and inner) before opening.

This allows us to open a carrier investigation. Claims reported beyond this window, or without supporting documentation, cannot be considered.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping via GlobalPost. Rates typically range from $15–$20, depending on destination. Transit time is usually 2–4 weeks, though customs or holiday delays may occur.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Adorn Pili is not responsible for local customs duties or import taxes; these are paid by the recipient.
