We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry, which is why we offer a 1 Year Warranty on all our pieces. Our jewelry is designed to last, and we want you to wear them with confidence for years to come.

What Our Warranty Covers:

✅ Defects in craftsmanship or materials from normal wear
✅ Issues resulting from the manufacturing process
✅ Structural failure of clasps, chains, or settings due to craftsmanship

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or tarnishing of metals and pearls
❌ Damage caused by improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, water, or excessive force
❌ Lost or stolen items
❌ Third-party repairs or modifications

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:

If you believe your jewelry has a craftsmanship issue covered under our warranty, please reach out to us at support@adornpili.com with your order details and photos of the piece. If approved, we will either repair or replace the item free of charge. If the original design is unavailable, we will offer a store credit toward a similar piece. Note if your issue falls outside of the warranty, we will provide a repair quote so you can continue to enjoy wearing your jewelry.
